I'm going with: [[Strength of the Tajuru]] With evasive creatures, it's about the same as a comet storm that can target your opponent multiple times. It's instant speed! Flash counters onto your blockers, then hammer away! |

Am I the only one who noticed that they reprinted Kird Ape, but white? And that it and fetchlands are legal in Standard at the same time? And that Steppe Lynx exists? [[Loam Lion]] |

Here's one option: Wrexial, the Risen Deep. This dude only costs 6, he's a 5/8 with double-landwalk, meaning he'll be unblockable against 60-70% of the decks out there (100% in two-headed giant games). The black mana is splashable, so you don't even have to play a full UB black, and I haven't even talked about his special ability. Oh, and if you want, you can play him with Quest for Ula's Temple.
