I got the sliver premium deck, so I'm using as many cards as possible from it. I'm sort of on a budget, so please don't post very expensive suggestions. thank you :)

It's easiest to help if you tell us what direction you want to take the deck in. In very broad terms, do you want a Spike deck, a Johnny deck, or a Timmy deck? – Krinn Dec 19 at 23:06
There's no card "manaspring," do you mena "manageyser?" – Shushoto Dec 20 at 0:57

I very highly recommend playing four:

[[Gemhide Sliver]]

Other slivers I would point out include:

[[Essence Sliver]][[Ward Sliver]][[Sliver Legion]]

Note however, that ward sliver impedes sliver overlord's "gain control of target sliver" ability. Despite that, unblockability and immunity to kill spells is great. The weaknesses to a sliver deck with four ward slivers are primarily land destruction (not a problem w/ gemhide out) and mass removal (Extinction is horrifying, but also watch out for engineered plague - it's pretty potent against any creature type themed deck, especially ones with smaller creatures to start with. To stop it you'd need a few larger slivers and the ability to make smaller ones larger. Sliver Legion fits that role head on). Just be sure not to put too much material on the table at one time. A few counterspells blocking mass removal would also be very convenient.

[[Extinction]][[Engineered Plague]]

Changelings are versatile, especially the tribal instants. Consider using Shields of Velis Vel to swipe enemy creatures or crib swap for removal, etc.

[[Amoeboid Changeling]] combos nicely with the overlord.

[[Coat of Arms]] can be devastating in a tribal deck.

Also, check out other tribal-related spells from the Lorywn and Shadowmoor blocks: [[Pack's Disdain]]

I'd toss a cheaper tutor in there (or as many as you can!) Diabolic tutor is good on a budget and a "well loved" demonic tutor can sometimes be found for less than 5 dollars. also defense of the heart is a cool idea...
