If you use Clone to copy an opponents Serra Avatar, does the Clone have life equal to your life or your opponents life? Also, does the Clone get shuffled back into your library when it is sent to the graveyard?

The clone has life equal to your own life total, because "You" on static abilities is defined as the card's controller.

Same for the shuffle effect - it's shuffled into your own library since you are the owner of the copy.

with clone and copy effects you always get your own copy of the chosen card. That means the conditions apply to your board, also no counters, auras etc.
