Jund is very popular in recent top8's of tournaments.. Look at this one, from StarCityGames.com's 5000$ Tournament:

Ofcourse these are not all the options, and you can't really base winning decks on top8 decks since there's a lot of other things that make decks win (i.e. bad hands, bad rolls, player skill, etc. etc.).

Beating Jund is all about control, since Jund decks are mostly dead-on aggro decks, with creatures and removal. Decks like this one could beat them. Ofcourse, you could play a mass removal sort of deck too, but question is if it would win against other decks too.

Another option would be the 'Lotus Angel' idea, which is based on, ofcourse, Baneslayer Angel and Lotus Cobra. An example can be found here. These have control and aggro packed into one deck, which makes them pretty powerful. It needs some getting used to though, so i'd advise play-testing it a lot.

Another tip with beating Jund, get a good sideboard! Cards that include anti-creature effects work great if you expect to face a lot of Jund-based decks.
