Fourth-edition [[[Unholy Strength]]] gets a nomination, for having completely lost the point of the piece:

you can see his half part is blackier but then again it's not suggestive and like @ubes said the original was good with the pentagram. Too bad they removed it.

It's already on the list, but I have to agree that [[[Word of Command]]] has the absolute lamest illustration on a tournament-legal card:
